Definitions, Characteristics, and Application of the Regulations

Cookies are small text files that websites visited by the user send and store on their computer or mobile device, to be retransmitted to the same sites on the next visit. Entities belonging to the above categories may operate, in some cases, as Data Processors specifically appointed by the Data Controller in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, or, in other cases, entirely independently as separate Data Controllers, it being understood that, in the latter case, the communication of your personal data to such independent Data Controllers is carried out solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
