Quality Policy

Savoia Italia S.p.A. aims to be a reliable, trustworthy, and sustainable partner. The purpose of this document is to define the guiding principles of the company policy concerning quality, health, safety, environment, and public welfare across all activities and processes carried out by the organization.

The QSA Policy of Savoia Italia S.p.A. refers to the following standards:

  • UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 “Quality Management Systems – Requirements”

  • UNI ISO 45001:2018 “Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems – Requirements and Guidance for Use”

  • UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 “Environmental Management Systems – Requirements and Guidance for Use”

For the correct application of this POLICY, any subsequent revisions, updates, and amendments to the above standards shall also apply.

Savoia Italia S.p.A. is committed to ensuring that its products and services meet the highest quality standards with a constant focus on customer satisfaction through continuous pursuit of efficiency, effectiveness, and cost-effectiveness. To achieve these objectives—aimed at customer satisfaction, environmental performance improvement, and worker health and safety conditions—Savoia Italia S.p.A. has adopted an Integrated Quality/Environment/Safety Management System. This Integrated Management System (IMS) is periodically reviewed and is based on key elements: commitment to compliance with applicable regulations regarding service quality, assurance of higher and better environmental protection standards, and continuous improvement of worker health and safety conditions, enhancing the work environment and conditions. Furthermore, Savoia Italia S.p.A. is committed to adopting criteria that allow rational and sustainable use of available resources.

The definition and implementation of specific objectives and programs, and the use—whenever technically possible—of the best available technologies, are tools to ensure improved production cycle performance, reduce environmental impact, and guarantee better protection of workers’ health and safety. The company promotes continuous information, training, and education of personnel, encouraging responsibility, participation in strategic and organizational decisions, and fostering a widespread culture of safety and environmental respect. Internal and external communication of objectives, programs, and performance in Quality, Environment, and Safety plays a fundamental role in this integrated policy, utilizing the company website, notice boards, and ongoing dialogue with various stakeholders (local authorities, clients, suppliers, employees, regulatory bodies, certification entities, etc.).

Through its Integrated Management System, Savoia Italia S.p.A. commits to:

  • Communicate to all personnel and interested parties the Integrated Policy on quality, environment, and worker health and safety, its guiding principles, and related objectives using appropriate communication channels;

  • Identify risks and opportunities related to quality, environmental, and safety aspects, applicable regulatory requirements, and emerging issues from context analysis;

  • Identify relevant interested parties for the IMS and analyze their needs and expectations, elevating them to essential requirements for obtaining and maintaining certification, alongside all other standard requirements;

  • Ensure transparency in relationships with stakeholders by implementing effective internal and external communication channels;

  • Promote actions to protect human resources and the environment, ensuring organizational activities do not present significant risks to people or the environment;

  • Comply with national and regional legal/regulatory requirements and signed agreements;

  • Adopt management procedures to prevent and/or reduce quality non-conformities;

  • Assess environmental aspects of activities and implement management procedures to progressively prevent and/or reduce company environmental impact within a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach;

  • Adopt management procedures to prevent accidents and occupational diseases, aiming to reduce their incidence;

  • Engage workers and consult their representatives to identify needs or obtain information useful for risk prevention;

  • Perform analysis and evaluation of risks, opportunities, and hazards arising from ongoing activities and new processes;

  • Define and disseminate within the company the set objectives and implementation program, encouraging awareness and participation of all stakeholders and fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility;

  • Prevent emergencies and incidents;

  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction;

  • Promote and support, with the necessary resources, continuous evolution and innovation of products, services, and processes, aiming for excellence and increasing customer satisfaction;

  • Identify and adopt suitable criteria for evaluating and selecting suppliers based on product and process quality, environmental impact, and occupational health and safety;

  • Allocate adequate resources to promote a culture of environmental respect, health, safety, and quality with a focus on customer satisfaction within the organization;

  • Dedicate sufficient budget and appropriate instrumental and human resources for proper implementation and continual maintenance of the Integrated Management System.

Top Management of Savoia Italia S.p.A. plays a strategic role in the full implementation of this Policy, ensuring its availability to all stakeholders and promoting its widest dissemination.
